Cardinals Finish Seventh at Mason Rudolph Championship

Veronika Exposito placed tied for 17th overall
FRANKLIN, Tenn. — The Louisville women's golf team finished seventh overall at the Mason Rudolph Championship after the final round Sunday at the Legends Club. The Cardinals shot 7-over-par 291 in the final round to finish the tournament at 20-over-par 872.
Veronika Exposito led the way for the Cardinals in the final round with an even-par 71. It was the second 71 she shot during the tournament and she had four birdies on her round. She finished tied for 17th overall and was the highest individual finisher for the Cards at 3-over-par 216.
Bailey Burkett had three birdies in a 1-over-par 72 for her final round on Sunday. She finished the tournament tied for 30th overall at 6-over-par 219.
Madison Moman had three-straight birdies in her round and finished 2-over-par 73 for her third and final round. She finished the tournament tied for 34th overall at 7-over-par 220. Isabella Anderson also finished tied for 34th overall at 7-over-par 220. In her final round, she was 4-over-par 75 with three birdies.
Amy Hodgkins finished tied for 46th overall at 10-over-par 223. She was 5-over-par 76 in her final round on Sunday. Millie Cottrell rounded out the Cardinals as she competed as an individual this weekend. She was 5-over-par 76 in the final round and finished tied for 62nd overall at 15-over-par 228.
The Cards will have a quick turnaround as they will be back in action next weekend. They head north to South Bend to take part in the Fighting Irish Classic. The two-day tournament will begin on Saturday, September 26.
