Cardinals Finish Sixth at the Clover Cup

MESA, Ariz. – Senior Rylee Suttor finished in a tie for ninth individually in leading the University of Louisville women's golf team to a sixth-place finish at the Clover Cup. The Cardinals carded a 21-over-885 (299-299-287).
Suttor's top-10 finish marks a career-best at Louisville. She carded scores of 72-71-70 (3-under-213), the first time this season that she has carded scores of even-par or below in all three rounds.
Agustina Gomez Cisterna also ended the weekend in the top 20, placing a season-best 18th overall. The junior carded scores of 73-72-72 (1-over-217).
Mairead Martin showed significant improvement throughout the tournament with scores of 76-78-72 (10-over-226), placing in a tie for 38th.
Carmen Griffiths came in a tie for 54th, scoring 78-80-73 (15-over-283). Hana Ryskova carded scores of 79-78-75 (16-over-232), coming in a tie for 58th overall.
The Cardinals will continue their spring season when they travel to the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic hosted by the University of Georgia on March 24-26.
