Cardinals in 7th After First Round of Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic

ATHENS, Ga. – The University of Louisville women's golf team is in a tie for seventh after round one of the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic, carding a 7-over-par 295.
After a bogey-free back nine holes, senior Hana Ryskova is in a tie for 13th overall, with an even score of 72. Both Agustina Gomez Cisterna and Mairead Martin shot 2-over (74) and sit in a tie for 26th.
Sophomore Carmen Griffiths is tied for 36th with a score of 3-over (75) and Rylee Suttor is tied for 69th with a score of 7-over (79). Gabbi Bentancourt, who participated as an individual, is in a tie for 76th, carding a 10-over (82).
The Cardinals will tee off with North Carolina and Arkansas in round two tomorrow starting at 9:30.
