Louisville Earns United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award

2021-22 College Team Academic Award Recipients

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville women's soccer program was recognized as a recipient of the 2021-22 United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award for their work in the classroom during the 2021-22 academic year.

The award honors programs that posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the academic year. Louisville tallied a 3.606 cumulative GPA during the 2021-22 academic year, with 23 student-athletes named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

The Cardinals begin their 2022 campaign on Friday, Aug. 12 in a home exhibition against Cincinnati. The first regular season match of the year is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 18 against UIC at Dr. Mark & Cindy Lynn Stadium.
