Griffin Remains in the Top 15 at the Darius Rucker

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville senior Kendall Griffin of the women's golf team fired a 74 to place 13thafter two rounds of the Darius Rucker in Hilton Head, S.C. on Tuesday.
Collectively, the Cardinals fired a 21-over-par 305 to close the day in 17thplace. Wake Forest took over the team lead heading into the final round at 3-over-par, while Arizona State stands in second place six shots off the lead.
Entering the day in a tie for second place, Griffin shot 1-over on the front and 2-over on the back nine to slip to 2-over-par for the tournament. The former LSU transfer enters the final round six shots off the lead.
Gabbi Bentancourt, who finished Monday in a tie for eighth place, dropped into a tie for 62ndafter her 81 on Tuesday. Carmen Griffith shot 75 to move into a tie for 70thplace overall. Agustina Gomez-Cisterna shot 76 to place in a tie for 78th. Hana Ryskova shot 75 to end the day in 82ndand Lauren Thibodeau carded an 81 to place 89th.
The Cardinals will tee off at 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, pairing with Furman.
