Louisville Men’s Soccer Set for Three ACC Network Contests

The Cardinals will play on the ACC Network three times during the fall season.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced the ACC Network television schedule for the fall sports season on Tuesday and the University of Louisville men's soccer team will be featured three times.
The Cardinals will be on national television for the first time in 2021 on Sept. 7 for the annual Battle of the Bluegrass match against Kentucky. Louisville is unbeaten in each of the last three meetings with the Wildcats at Dr. Mark & Cindy Lynn Stadium.
UofL will play again on the ACC Network Oct. 15 against North Carolina. The Cardinals have won two straight over the Tar Heels, including a 1-0 victory in the 2018 ACC Championship match.
Louisville's last scheduled match on the network will be the regular season finale at Clemson on Oct. 29. The Cardinals closed out the 2021 spring season with a 2-1 upset of then-No. 1 Clemson at home back in April.
All Louisville men's soccer home matches not on the ACC Network will be televised on ACC Network Extra.
The Cardinals play their final exhibition of the preseason on Saturday at Indiana and then open up the 2021 campaign at Saint Louis on Aug. 26. Louisville's first home match is set for Aug. 30 versus Evansville.
