Attendance Policy: Due to COVID-19 guidelines, seating inside the stadium is reserved for participating school pass lists, but the berm is open for general seating. Tickets may be purchased in advance online, or at Ulmer Stadium on the day of the game.

All ticketed seating is general admission in the outfield grass berm and at a limited capacity. Once that capacity has been reached, no additional access will be allowed.  All fans seated within the berm will be given a wristband that will allow entry throughout the game. Spectators in the berm are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets. Fans must adhere to UofL's COVID-19 policies which include social distancing.
A Clear Bag Policy remains in place at all UofL athletics facilities. Fans may bring one clear bag, either a one-gallon clear Ziploc-style storage bag, or a 12 x 6 x 12 inches clear tote bag. Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other items to their vehicle prior to stadium entry. Patrons are encouraged to have all items loose inside the clear bag for more efficient safe inspections. Clutch purses, billfolds or wallets cannot be placed in the clear bag. LOUISVILLE NOTES
• The Cardinals earned the No. 6 seed in the 2021 ACC Softball Championship and will face third-seeded Duke in the quarterfinals Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Ulmer Stadium.
• Taylor Roby was named to the All-ACC first team while Carmyn Greenwood earned all-conference second team honors.
• Louisville (21-27-1, 15-21-1 ACC) is coming off of a series split at North Carolina last weekend. The Cardinals took Friday's opener 12-7, but the Tar Heels went on to win Saturday's contest 5-0 and the first game of Sunday's doubleheader 9-5. Louisville used a five-run seventh to take the series finale 7-3 on Sunday.
• Carmyn Greenwood carries team-high .435 batting average, standing second in the ACC. Her nine doubles, 31 runs and 23 multi-hit games also lead the team.
• Carmyn Greenwood leads the ACC and ranks fourth in the nation with 73 hits. She is also ninth on UofL's list for single-season list for hits.Â
• Roby has a team-high 14 home runs and 43 RBIs, standing tied for second in the ACC in both categories. She has also tallied a team-best 13 multi-RBI games.
• With 14 home runs on the season, Roby is now in sole possession of fourth place on Louisville's list for single season home runs. She needs two more to move into a three-way tie for second.
• Roby (12-13) leads the team with a 2.89 ERA in 38 appearances and 159.2 innings of work
• Jennifer Leonhardt, a graduate transfer from the University of Southern Indiana leads the Cardinals pitching rotation with 83 Ks. She is also second in the ACC second and ninth in the nation with four saves.
• Celene Funke has four triples on the season, standing third in the ACC. She currently ranks second on Louisville's all-time list for triples with 22 and needs four more to tie for the lead.
• Funke currently stands second on Louisville's all-time stolen base list with 74 and needs eight more to move into a tie for first.
• Funke recently moved into Louisville's top-10 list for career runs scored. She is stands tenth with 120 and needs two more to move into a tie for ninth.
• Jenna Servi is on a seven-game hitting streak.
• Makayla Hurst has reached safely via a hit or a walk in the last 10 games.
• Louisville was picked to finish seventh in the preseason ACC Coaches poll.

THE APRILE ERA
• Holly Aprile is in her third season as UofL's head coach. With the 2020 campaign suspended prior to its midway point due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Aprile has compiled a 65-57-1 record and guided the Cardinals to an NCAA regional final appearance in 2019.
• Prior to her arrival at Louisville, Aprile, 2018 ACC Coach of the Year spent 10 seasons (2009-18) as Pittsburgh's head coach and five years (2004-08) as an assistant. In 2018, she earned ACC Coach of the Year honors after leading the Panthers to the 2018 ACC Coastal Division title and a runner-up finish in the ACC tournament.

CARDS AGAINST DUKE
Series Record: Duke leads 4-3
Last Meeting: April 16-18, 2021 at Ulmer Stadium. The Cardinals took the opener 2-0, but Duke would go on to win the next game 9-1. In game three, the Blue Devils staved off Louisville's late-inning comeback for a 5-4 win and the teams went to extra innings in the series finale before Duke prevailed 5-4 in eight innings.
Scouting the Blue Devils: No. 21 Duke enters the tournament as the No. 3 seed after finishing the regular season with a 39-10 overall record and a 26-10 mark in ACC play.
• The Blue Devils have won their last 12 games with their last loss a 2-0 setback at Louisville on April 16. Last weekend, Duke swept NC State in a four-game series.
• Deja Davis leads the team with a .411 batting average while Kristina Foreman has belted out a team-high 10 home runs with 37 RBIs.
• Peyton St. George (16-6) has shouldered much of the pitching load with 30 appearances and 130.2 innings of work. She carries a 2.14 ERA with 174 strikeouts and is holding opponents to a .169 batting average.

ROBY, CARMYN GREENWOOD NAMED TO ALL-ACC TEAMS
Taylor Roby has been named to the All-ACC Softball first team while Carmyn Greenwood has earned second team honors in a vote by the league's 13 head coaches as announced on Tuesday.
• Roby, earns her first all-ACC award after leading the league with 12 home runs and 32 RBIs against conference opponents. In 37 ACC games, her .718 slugging percentage stands third and she is ranked eighth with a .364 batting average. The right-handed pitcher also leads the way in the conference with 26 games started and 30 appearances in the circle and has tallied eight ACC wins.
• Greenwood also takes home her first all-conference honor this season. Against ACC competition, the Cardinals' left fielder registered a league-high 56 hits, and registered a.431 batting average, standing second in the conference. She leads the team with 24 runs and as driven in 23 for the Cardinals. The redshirt senior also ranks among the top 10 in the ACC in doubles (8) and on base percentage (.464) in league play.

LEADING OFF
Carmyn Greenwood has played in 44 games as Louisville's leadoff hitter and has been effective in that role, batting .464 (71-for-153) with eight doubles, one triple and three home runs to go along with 11 stolen bases and 29 runs and a .494 on base percentage.Â

CARMYN GREENWOOD IN THE RECORD BOOK
With 73 hits on the season, Carmyn Greenwood stands ninth on Louisville's top-10 single season list for hits. She needs one more to move into a tie for eighth place with Alicja Wolny (2013). Audrey Rendon owns the record with 88 in the 2005 season.

DOUBLE DUTY
All three of Louisville's starting pitchers can also help their cause at the plate.
Taylor Roby leads the team with a career-high 14 home runs and 43 RBI.
•The redshirt junior has also logged a team-high 159.2 innings with 12 wins in the circle and stands second on the team with 80 strikeouts.
Gabby Holloway (3-6) has turned in 79.0 innings, standing second behind Roby in innings pitched. The freshman has issued 31 strikeouts on the season and has driven in four runs, recently belting out her first career home run.
• Jennifer Leonhardt has issued a team-high 83 strikeouts and is second in the ACC with four saves. The graduate transfer from the University of Southern Indiana is batting .273 on the season and has belted out two home runs and two doubles. She finished her undergrad career with a .327 batting average.

TRIPLE THREAT
Celene Funke connected her fourth triple of the season in the 2-0 win over No. 21/21 Duke on April 16. She currently stands second on Louisville's all-time list with 22 and needs four more more to tie Audrey Rendon (2004-07) for first.
•Funke led the nation in triples with 13 in 2019, setting the school single season record along the way.Â

"FOUR" THE RECORD
• After going 4-for-5 in game two of the Boston College series on May 1, Carmyn Greenwood matched her career high and a school record for the fourth time this season. She becomes the first player in program history to have matched the record four times in the same season.

ROBY RISING IN THE RECORD BOOKS
With her home run in the May 7 game at North Carolina, Roby now has 14 on the season and moves into sole possession of fourth on place on Louisville's single-season list for home runs. Two more will move her into a tie for second with Melissa Roth (2009 and 2010).
• Courtney Moore owns the record with 17 in the 2005 season.
• Roby also has 25 career home runs, needing on more to break into Louisville's all-time top 10. Courtney Moore also holds that record with 46.

CHUNG COMING IN CLUTCH
Rebecca Chung hit a two-out, two-run single to help the Cardinals overcome a 5-3 deficit and tie the game at 5-5 against North Carolina on May 9. The Tar Heels would go on to win the game 9-5, but it wasn't the first time Chung came through with big hit in late innings.
• Her RBI single in the top of the seventh put the Cardinals ahead 5-4 against Kentucky. The Wildcats eventually won 6-5 in nine innings,
• The junior catcher/DP also mashed a two-run homer in the bottom of the seventh to temporarily tie the game in the 5-4, eight-inning loss to Duke (4/18).
• In her freshman season (2019), Chung's two-out, three-run double lifted Louisville to a 10-9 win against No. 3 Florida State as the Cards overcame a 9-7 deficit in the bottom of the seventh to clinch the series

FUNKE RUNNING FOR THE RECORD BOOK
Celene Funke has scored 120 runs in her career and stands 10th on Louisville's all-time list. She needs two more to move into a tie for ninth with Jordan Trimble (2010-13). Melissa Roth (2007-10) owns the record with 204.

FUNKE FAST (STOLEN BASE EDITION)
In the first game of Saturday's twin bill against Boston College on May 1, Celene Funke matched her career high with three stolen bases.
• Funke currently has 74 career stolen bases, and stands second on Louisville's all-time list. She needs eight more to move into a tie for first with Audrey Rendon's mark of 82 (2004-07).

TOUGH SLATE
Louisville's 2021 slate is highlighted by seven teams in the USA Today/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) and the ESPN.com/USA Softball coaches' Top 25 polls including: No. 3/3 Alabama, No. 4/4 Florida, No. 7/8 Florida State, No. 13/10 Clemson, No. 17/16 Kentucky, No. 20/20 Virginia Tech, and No. 21/21 Duke.
• Four of Louisville's losses have come against teams ranked in the top 10 (Alabama and Florida) and 17 have come against teams in the top 25. Louisville also has three wins and one tie against top-25 teams. Â
• At one point in the season, the Cardinals played a stretch of nine straight games played against top-25 opponents (April 16-25) with a four-game series against then-No. 21 Duke, a midweek game at No. 14 Kentucky, followed by a four-game set against No. 7 Florida State. In that stretch, the Cardinals went 2-6-1 with three games going into extra innings and three games decided by one run. And an 11-inning 0-0 tie against the Seminoles.
• March 19-27 featured back-to-back ACC weekends against top-25 opponents (then) No. 23/25 Clemson followed by No. 19/16 Virginia Tech - all at Ulmer Stadium. The Tigers swept the Cardinals, but needed 11 innings in the opener and won two games by two runs or less. Against the Hokies, Louisville went 1-3 with a 3-2 victory in game three.
• In response to the ongoing pandemic, the annual ACC/Big Ten challenge was cancelled and the ACC implemented four-game series to limit travel between conference opponents.
