Cardinals Stand in 11th Place after Two Rounds of the Liz Murphey

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Sophomore Hana Ryskova and senior Lauren Hartalge each shot 76 to pace the University of Louisville women's golf team after two rounds of the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic at the UGA Golf Course in Athens, Ga., on Saturday.
Facing a field featuring eight top-25 teams, the Cardinals shot a 25-over-par 313 to slip into 11th place at 32-over-par. South Carolina holds a six-shot lead over second place Mississippi.
Heading into the second round, Ryskova was at 1-under-par, but responded by shooting four-over par to drop into a tie for 15th place at 3-over-par over the first two rounds of action.
After shooting even-par on Friday, Hartlage also carded a 4-over-par to remain in the top 20 in a tie for 18th place. The senior led the way for the Cardinals with five birdies but was victimized by a double bogey on the second hole of the day.
Margot Bechadergue enters the final round in a tie for 54th after shooting a 9-over-par 81, while Agustina Gomez-Cisterna is tied for 73rd after firing an 8-over-par 80.
Mairead Martin carded a 12-over-par 84 on Saturday to fall into a tie for 83rd.
