Louisville Baseball Announces 2021 Schedule

The Cardinals have 51 games on the schedule, with 30 set to be played at Jim Patterson Stadium.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville baseball program has released its scheduled for the upcoming 2021 season.
The Cardinals' schedule features 51 games, with 30 set to be played at Jim Patterson Stadium.
Information regarding tickets and fan attendance at Jim Patterson Stadium will be provided at a later date. Those interested in 2021 tickets can visit GoCards.com/BSB2021 to receive information when it becomes available.
The 2021 season will open with a local flavor, as Louisville will host Bellarmine for a three-game series beginning on Friday, Feb. 19. The three games will be the first for the Bellarmine program since joining the NCAA Division I ranks.
The Atlantic Coast Conference schedule looks slightly different in 2021, with the league deciding on 36 conference games instead of the previous number of 30. The Cardinals will play 12 of the 13 possible ACC opponents.
Louisville will host Boston College (March 12-14), Wake Forest (April 2-4), Florida State (April 9-11), Pittsburgh (April 23-25), Duke (May 7-9) and Miami (May 20-22).
The Cardinals are set for road trips to Georgia Tech (March 5-7), NC State (March 19-21), Notre Dame (March 26-28), Virginia (April 16-18), Clemson (April 30-May 2) and North Carolina (May 14-16).
The 2021 slate also features annual rivalry games with Kentucky (April 6 and 20), Vanderbilt (May 4) and Cincinnati (March 30), while the Cardinals have non-conference matchups against in-state foes Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 23 and March 16), Murray State (March 9), Western Kentucky (March 23) and Morehead State (May 18).
The 2021 ACC Baseball Championship is set for May 25-30 and the 2021 NCAA Championship is set to begin with regional play on June 4. The College World Series is slated for June 19-29/30 at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha.
