Louisville Men’s Soccer Continues Academic Success

The Cardinals posted a 3.409 team GPA during the spring semester.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's soccer program continued its strong work in the classroom during the spring semester, recording a 3.409 cumulative team grade point average.
The Cardinals have now turned in a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better in 10 consecutive semesters.
Twenty student-athletes finished with a 3.0 or better GPA during the spring, with seven tallying perfect 4.0 semesters.
The Louisville men's soccer program had six student-athletes complete their degrees during the spring semester. Liam Bennett, Connor Brazil, Jake Gelnovatch, Will Meyer and Kino Ryosuke all finished up their undergraduate degrees, while Cody Cochran wrapped up his master's degree.
UofL concluded its first season under head coach John Michael Hayden with a 10-8-2 record and reached the third round of the NCAA Tournament for the third time in four seasons.
