Cardinals Release 2019-2020 Tennis Schedule

UofL will host fall tournament, seven conference matchups
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville women's tennis team has released their 2019-20 schedule. The spring season will begin in early January following four tournaments this fall.

Louisville begins the fall season at Purdue on Sep. 20-22 followed by a visit to Indiana on Sep. 27-29. The Cardinals then travel to the ITA Ohio Valley Regionals hosted by Middle Tennessee on Oct. 17-21 before returning home to host the Louisville Classic on Nov. 1-3 at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.

The spring season officially starts when the Cardinals travel to Hawaii on Jan. 8-11 before hosting North Alabama and NKU on Jan. 17. The Cards' final away matchups before a seven-match home stretch will occur on Jan. 24 as they take on Oakland and Ball State in Muncie.

The Cardinals spend a month with home-court advantage starting on Jan. 31 when they welcome Lipscomb to the Ville. Conference action begins on Feb. 23 as NC State comes to Louisville followed by Miami on Feb. 28.

The Cardinals face an ACC opponent on the road for the first time on March 1 at Syracuse before returning home to host Wichita State on March 7 and Notre Dame on March 8. They then hit the road for three matches, beginning at Boston College on March 15.

March 27 marks the start of four-consecutive home matches as Louisville takes on North Carolina. The Cardinals' final home match of the season is slated for April 5 against Florida State.
The Cardinals end their regular season on the road with Clemson on April 10 and Georgia Tech on April 12. The ACC Tournament will take place that April 15-19 at the Rome (Georgia) Tennis Center. Â
