LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Louisville women's lacrosse hosts No. 4 Syracuse on Sunday at noon.

With three wins in their last four games, the Cardinals have improved their record to 4-6 on the season.

Their lone defeat during the four-game stretch is an 11-10 loss to No. 15 Duke in double overtime. They are outscoring opponents an impressive 66-41 in the last four games.

In the 18-12 win over Cincy, four Cardinals recorded hat tricks. Louisville was led by Kayla Marshall and Shayla Scanlan, who each netted four goals. Ally Hall and Tessa Chad tallied three goals in the victory, marking Chad's seventh hat trick of the season and fourth straight for the Cards.

Chad ranks fifth in the NCAA with 31 goals and has 19 goals in the last four games.

Louisville is seeking its first ACC win since defeating Syracuse 9-8 at UofL Lacrosse Stadium on April 22, 2017.

Syracuse is scoring 14.9 goals per contest and is led by junior Emily Hawryschuk, who has tallied 30 goals and seven assists for 37 points. Senior attacker Nicole Levy has also been a strong offensive presence for the Orange, scoring 18 goals and adding 15 assists for 33 points through nine games.
