Cards 24th in New United Soccer Coaches Poll

Louisville takes on Belmont tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Lynn Stadium

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - For the second straight week the University of Louisville men's soccer team is ranked in the top-25 of the United Soccer Coaches poll that was announced Tuesday (Oct. 1), coming in at No. 24. The Cardinals are coming off a 1-1 week, where they defeated then 2nd ranked Georgetown 1-0 in double overtime last Tuesday.

The Cardinals fell 2-1 to NC State Friday night, whom now sits three spots outside the top-25.

The new national poll comes on the heels of Louisville's matchup against the Belmont Bruins tonight, October 1. Tickets for tonight's matchup are still available and can be purchased online here. They can also be purchased at the Lynn Stadium Box Office prior to kickoff.
