The Cardinals look to move to 3-0 for the fourth consecutive season.
The Cardinals have opened the Scott Teeter era with wins in their first two games and look to move to 3-0 for the fourth consecutive season.
Last Sunday, Louisville won 16-8 in their home opener against Marquette.
Tessa Chad led the way in the win as she finished with five goals and four groundballs. In two games, she has a team-leading nine goals on just 14 shot attempts, good for a .643 shot percentage.
Jillian Balog and Caroline Blalock have five goals each for the Cards. Emily Howell leads the defense with 10 groundballs and seven caused turnovers.

UofL is 3-2 all-time against Denver and 2-0 in Louisville. Last season the Cards fell in a three-overtime thriller at Denver. Louisville won 14-3 on Feb. 20, 2016, the last time the two teams squared off in the Derby City.
