
Brothers Walker Andriot, Chaz Andriot Join Men’s Soccer Team

Walker is graduate transfer from Xavier University; Chaz is prep signee from Indiana Fire
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's soccer team added to its 2017 roster this week as Cardinals head coach Ken Lolla announced the signing of brothers Walker Andriot and Chaz Andriot from Shelbyville, Kentucky. Walker is a graduate transfer midfielder from Xavier University with one year of eligibility remaining, while Chaz is a prep midfielder who will join the Cardinals for his freshman season this fall.

Walker joins the Cardinals after playing in 59 matches with 50 starts and scoring four goals with five assists during his career at Xavier. Walker was a Big East Conference All-Academic Team selection in 2015 and was a member of the Big East All-Rookie Team in 2014. Prior to competing for the Musketeers, Walker was an All-State First Team honoree in 2012-13 and was the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association Boys Player of the Year in 2012. A graduate of Martha Layne Collins High School, Walker played club soccer with the River City Rovers.

Chaz arrives at Louisville after playing for the Indiana Fire in the US Soccer Development Academy. Chosen as a team captain, Chaz was chosen for the Olympic Development Program Regional and State teams.
Walker and Chaz are the sons of B.J. and Michele Andriot. B.J. Andriot is a Louisville men's soccer alumnus who played for the Cardinals from 1987-89.
Louisville closed the 2016 season ranked No. 6 nationally in the final NSCAA Top 25 and finished with a 14-6-2 record after advancing to the quarterfinal round of the NCAA Championship for the fourth time in the last seven seasons.
