
NCAA Men’s Soccer Quarterfinal Tickets on Sale Now

No. 4 Cardinals host No. 5 Akron on Friday at 7 p.m., ET at Lynn Stadium with a College Cup berth at stake
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Tickets are on sale now for the No. 4 Louisville men's soccer team's NCAA Championship quarterfinal match against No. 5 Akron scheduled for Friday at 7 p.m., ET at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium.
Tickets for this week's NCAA showdown at Lynn Stadium, priced at $10 for reserved chairback seats and $5 for general admission/berm seating, can be purchased online here, by phone at 502-GO-CARDS or in person through the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. There are also numerous free and discounted ticket offers for the NCAA quarterfinal match.
- FREE STUDENT TICKETS: All UofL students (with student ID) receive FREE general admission tickets to Friday's NCAA quarterfinal match courtesy of Louisville Cardinals Athletics and the Cardinals men's soccer program.
- FACULTY/STAFF TICKETS: All UofL faculty and staff will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to Friday's match courtesy of the Cardinals men's soccer program. Faculty/staff tickets must be redeemed prior to 4 p.m., ET on Friday, Dec. 1. Faculty/staff tickets must be redeemed (with university ID) at the Papa John's Cardinal Stadium Ticket Office during normal operating hours.
- GROUP TICKETS: Groups of 10 or more can purchase $3 general admission/berm tickets.
- LOUISVILLE CITY FC TICKET PROMOTION: Anyone arriving at Lynn Stadium for Friday's match wearing Louisville City FC apparel can purchase $3 general admission/berm tickets.
The No. 4 Cardinals (13-2-4) defeated Colgate 2-0 in a third round match on Sunday night to clinch an NCAA quarterfinal berth for the second straight season and the fifth time in eight seasons under head coach Ken Lolla. No. 5 Akron (18-3-1) advanced to the quarterfinals with a 3-2 victory over Wisconsin on Saturday. Friday's quarterfinal match will be the first meeting between Louisville and Akron since the Zips earned a 1-0 victory in the championship match of the 2010 College Cup in Santa Barbara, California.
