If you guys didnt know already, today was the first day back for college students at UofL! Not only was it the first day of school but it was also our first in season team practice.Â
Â
We got after it this morning at 8 a.m.. None of us were too tired since we were so used to being up early during preseaon! Today's practice was intense and competitve as usual! We all went as hard as possible today because we are all working hard for a successful weekend this week in Bowling Green, Ohio!!
The best part of practice today was when we did the blue line serving drill and Lyndsay Palmer scored us a clutch four points when the score was at 43, and the goal was 44, with her being the last server. The excitement was real, not only because we got out of the drill on the first try, but we also got out of running a suicide!!

Today was also a beautiful first day of classes, but considering I didn't have any classes today, I decided to pick up all of my textbooks for this semester, then do rehab with Louisville's very own, Nicole Lowery! After rehab, I also took the time to go over game film with Alex Wilharm so that I can go into practice the rest of the week and get better! Overall, today was a great day to be a Cardinal!!

I am very excited for this upcoming season, and I cannot wait to meet all of our amazing fans! I hope you all enjoyed my turn on the Volleyblog!!
