Tickets on Sale Now for Louisville Men’s Soccer Kickoff Banquet

Season-opening event set to for Sunday, Aug. 14 at 6 p.m., ET at PNC Club inside Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's soccer program and its loyal fan base will commence the 2016 season with the fourth annual Kickoff Banquet on Sunday, Aug. 14 at the PNC Club inside Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and tickets are on sale now.
Tickets, available on a first come, first served basis, are priced at $35 for adults and $15 for children, or $250 for a table of eight and may be purchased online at SoccervilleUSA.com. For more information on the event, contact David Horne at (502) 852-7619 or at david@gocards.com.
Activities for the Kickoff Banquet are scheduled to start at 5 p.m., ET with a cocktail hour, silent auction and photos and autographs with student-athletes. The dinner will begin at 6 p.m., and will be followed by multiple guest speakers and a special alumni recognition.
Excitement is building for 2016 as the Louisville men's soccer team enters its third season in the ultra-competitive Atlantic Coast Conference. The Cardinals, guided by 11th-year head coach Ken Lolla, return two-time All-ACC honoree Tim Kubel as well as 2016 All-ACC honoree Daniel Johnson and ACC All-Freshman Team selection Tate Schmitt.
The 2016 season will also be the third for the Cardinals at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium, the nation's premier collegiate soccer venue. Louisville's 10-match home slate includes contests against five NCAA qualifiers from last season – Notre Dame (Sept. 16), Virginia (Sept. 24), Indiana (Oct. 11), Ohio State (Oct. 18) and national runner-up Clemson (Oct. 28). The Cardinals open the 2016 season against Butler on Friday, Aug. 26 at 7:30 p.m., at Lynn Stadium.

Season tickets and Fan Experience packages for Louisville's third season at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium are now available. Ticket prices for the 2016 season will remain the same as the inaugural season and start as low as $2 per person per game. Season tickets for 2016 include every regular season home match for both the men's and women's soccer programs.
