Cardinals Release 2016 Men’s Soccer Spring Schedule

UofL will host Louisville City FC on March 10 at Lynn Stadium; Tickets on sale now for $5
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Louisville men's soccer program announced its 2016 spring schedule Monday and the slate is highlighted by a home match against Louisville City FC.
The Cardinals begin their spring exhibition schedule by hosting Louisville City of the United Soccer League on Thursday, March 10 at 7:30 p.m., ET at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium. Tickets for the match are on sale now for $5 and can be purchased online here or by calling the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office at 502-852-5151. Admission to the match will be free for UofL students with a student ID. Gates at Lynn Stadium will open one hour prior to kickoff and concessions will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Free parking will be available at nearby Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
Louisville's 2016 spring exhibition schedule will continue against North American Soccer League foe Indy Eleven on Friday, March 25 at 7:30 p.m., ET at Cardinal Park. The Cardinals will then take to the road for matches at Evansville on April 2 and at East Tennessee State on April 9 before closing the spring against Michigan State on Sunday, April 17 at 1 p.m., ET at Cardinal Park. Admission is free for each of Louisville's spring matches at Cardinal Park.

Season tickets for 2016 Louisville soccer at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium are available for as low as $45 each and can be purchased by calling the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office at (502) 852-0120 or by emailing tickets@gocards.com. Season tickets for 2016 include every regular season home match for both the men's and women's soccer programs at Lynn Stadium, the nation's premier collegiate soccer stadium. The men's home schedule this fall will include visits from Clemson, Indiana, Notre Dame, Syracuse and Virginia, while the women's team will host Clemson, Kentucky, Notre Dame and Virginia.
