Volleyball Set for Red and Black Scrimmage

The University of Louisville women's volleyball fans will get a peek at the 2015 Cardinals when team hosts the Red and Black Scrimmage this Saturday at 6 p.m. inside Cardinal Arena. Admission is free.
The scrimmage provides a chance for the Cardinals to have a game-like atmosphere before kicking off their season in Champaign, Ill., next week for three games in the Illinois Tournament. The Cardinals will face Illinois on Aug. 28 before facing Creighton (1:30 ET) and Miami of Ohio (5:30 ET) on Saturday to round out the tournament.
Louisville returns nine letterwinners, including Preseason All-ACC selection senior Katie George and 2014 All-ACC First Team selection Janelle Jenkins at middle blocker. The Cards also welcome seven newcomers, including Preseason All-ACC selection and transfer outside hitter, Erin Fairs, and USA Junior National Volleyball Team member, Molly Sauer.
