Keller Selected in 2015 MLS SuperDraft

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville senior defender Daniel Keller was selected in the third round of the 2015 Major League Soccer SuperDraft by the LA Galaxy.
As the 62nd selection overall by the reigning MLS Cup championship winning Galaxy, Keller became the 13th player from the Louisville men's soccer program to be chosen in the MLS SuperDraft or Supplemental Draft in the last five seasons. A native of Carmel, Ind., Keller started all 22 matches on the Cardinals' backline in 2014, finished with 62 career starts and had 74 match appearances for Louisville. Keller closed his Louisville career with six goals, including four game-winners, and four assists.
Advancing to the round of 16 of the NCAA Championship for the fourth time in the last five seasons, the Louisville men's soccer team ended its 2014 season with an 11-8-3 record overall. The Cardinals, seeded 13th nationally entering the tournament, was eliminated in the third round with a 1-0 loss to UMBC at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium. Overall, Louisville advanced to the NCAA Championship for the eighth straight season while also hosting postseason matches for the fifth straight year.

2015 Louisville Soccer Season Tickets
Season tickets for Louisville's second season at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium are now available. To obtain tickets for the 2015 soccer season, call Dan Cerwinski in the Louisville ticket office at (502) 852-0120 and place your $70 deposit. Ticket prices for the 2015 season will remain the same as the inaugural season and will start as low $45.
Season tickets for 2015 include every home match for both the men's and women's soccer programs. Men's home matches at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium will feature former Big East and American Conference rival Connecticut as well as in-state foe Kentucky. The women's side will again feature the top programs in the ACC highlighted by 21-time national champion North Carolina, 2013 College Cup runner-up Florida State and Duke.
