Hey Cards fans! It's yo girl Maggie! I am from Sioux Falls, S.D.
Today was the first day of preseason! Everyone woke up and ate a delicious, nutritious breakfast provided by our trainer Zach Farrel. After we digested, the playing began. We focused on a lot of defense, and this team really brings the intensity!
The previous night, we went to Señor Iguanas for dinner. Let's just say the court and locker room were a bit ripe today.
The best part about preseason is getting to look forward to an ice cold, body numbing ice bath. We sang songs to help the time go by faster like "The National Anthem" and "Party in the USA." Our team really knows how to match pitch.........or not.
Overall, I had a blast breaking into this new season with my team! I can't wait to see our progress throughout the year!
