The University of Louisville volleyball team was met at the airport with flower leis and kisses but won't find the awaiting competition nearly as hospitable as it faces a weekend of steep competition.
The Cardinals will be playing in the 20th Hawaiian Airlines Wahine Volleyball Classic along with UCLA, No. 25 Kansas State and host No. 16 Hawai'i. U of L opens against No. 5 UCLA Friday.
