Men's Soccer Defeats Butler 3-1 in Spring opener

Louisville, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's soccer team defeated Butler 3-1 on Saturday evening at Cardinal Park.

Sophomore Gerard Voutier got the Cardinals on the board early with the first goal. Junior Marco Terminesi took a pass from Voutier to score the game winner for the Cardinals.

Freshman Chase Kreger scored on a breakaway for the final goal.

The Cardinals will be back in action on Saturday, March 31 against Dayton in Cardinal Park at 1:00 p.m.
