Rains Wash Out Friday Baseball

LOUISVILLE, KY - The baseball game between the University of Louisville Cardinals and the East Carolina Pirates on Friday has been postponed due to rain.
The teams will play a doubleheader consisting of two nine-inning games Saturday at Noon at Cardinal Stadium.
Due to the scheduling conflict, the first game will not be aired on WAVG 1450 AM or at www.UofLsports.com. The second game will either air on a tape delayed basis, or will be joined in progress at 4:00 p.m. You can follow a text play-by-play of both games on-line with gametracker here on the U of L website.
Louisville is 24-13 overall and 9-8 in C-USA, while the Pirates are 24-17-1 with a 10-8 C-USA mark.
The teams will close the series on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at Cardinal Stadium. Admission and parking are free.
