• Competed in the javelin throw at four meets
• Finished as the runner-up at the Jim Click Shootout & Multis with a season-best mark of 57.35m (188-2)
• Recorded a throw of 54.02m (177-3) at the Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Invitational to place fourth

Outdoor:
• Competed in the javelin throw at four meets
• Moved to second in program history in the javelin throw with a personal-best mark of 58.54m (192-0) to finish as the runner-up at the Clark Wood Invitational
• Placed ninth in the event at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 55.70m (182-9)
• Posted a mark of 53.47m (175-5) to finish as the runner-up in the unseeded section of the javelin throw in his season debut at the Bobcat Invitational
