Bio
Prep: He swam for East Carolina Aquatics. Henderson, a two-time Junior National Finalist, North Carolina State Champion, and Scholastic All-American, currently holds the third-fastest time in the U.S. for his age group in the 50-meter freestyle (22.93). In the summer of 2024, he was third in both the 100M free (51.71) and 50M free (23.60) at the North Carolina Senior Championships. He was third in the 50M Free at the 2024 NC Star Andrew Hartle Invitational. He was third in both the 50 and 100 free at the NC TAC Titans Spring Fling Meet.
