Dennis and Kosinski Named Women's and Men's ACC Swimmer of the Week

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – In the sixth set of weekly honors for the 2025-2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming and Diving season, Louisville's Julia Dennis and Filip Kosinski were named Women's and Men's Swimmer of the Week.
Against No. 4 Tennessee and No. 20-ranked Auburn in a double dual meet, Dennis won the 50 free with a time of 21.21 which ranks No. 2 nationally, while placing third in the 100 free (47.69). Both times made the NCAA Cut. Dennis also helped both the 200-medley and 400 free relay achieve victory. The 400 free relay time of 3:10.27 leads the nation while the 200-medley relay time of 1:34.21 ranks No. 3 in the country.
On the men's side against No. 20 Auburn and No. 6 Tennessee, Kosinski won both the 100 back (46.23) and 200 back (1:41.41), with his 200 back time ranking No. 10 nationally. Both times made the NCAA Cut.
The Cardinals return home to host No. 21/NR Kentucky this Thursday and No. 25/NR Notre Dame on Friday.
