Freshman: Wilson made a big impact on all three boards for the Cardinal divers during her first season. She posted a final score of 432.10 on the platform at the NCAA Zone C Championships while also taking 21st on the 3-meter with a score of 234.05. At the ACC Championships, she dove to 11th on the 3-meter (277.50), 15th on the platform (223.70), and 18th on the 1-meter (255.80). Wilson placed third on the 1-meter and eighth on the 3-meter in a dual against Kentucky while finishing third on the 3-meter and sixth on the 1-meter versus Notre Dame.

Prep: Arriving in Louisville from Flower Mound, Texas, Wilson trained with GC Diving and was a seven-time Junior National qualifier and a three-time Senior National qualifier. In 2019, she finaled on the 3-meter board at the Junior National Championships. A team captain at Flower Mound High School, she was a two-time finalist on the 1-meter board at the Texas 6A State Championships and owns the school record in that event. Wilson also earned the Mu Alpha Theta Math Award as well as the Flower Mound High School Character Award.
