Freshman: In her debut season as a Cardinal, Lambert added depth to the Cardinals’ diving contingent. At the IU Invitational, she finished ninth overall on the 1-meter with a score of 220.85, while taking 11th on the platform with a score of 145.35. Her top score on 1-meter occurred in the meet against Missouri, where she posted a 224.03, while her season-best score on 3-meter was a 234.35 against Ohio State and Texas A&M.

Prep: Lambert joins the Cardinals from Strongsville, Ohio, where she attended Strongsville High School and dove for coaches Nicole Craft and Josh Gonzalez. At the 2018 OHSAA State Championships, she picked up a 14th place finish on the 1-meter after beginning diving just over a year earlier. She also dove for Cleveland Area Diving under coach Rich Karban. Lambert was named Most Outstanding Diver for Strongsville in 2017 and brings a unique skill set to her diving with a strong gymnastics background.
