STAFF TICKETS
- Season tickets are considered a taxable benefit. If you elected to receive MBB, WBB, Baseball or Football tickets, the value will be prorated.
- Football: August, September, and October
- Men's Basketball: November - March
- Women's Basketball and Baseball: 1 installment under $500
- For single game tickets, the Ticket Office has set aside an allotment for staff to request on a first come, first serve basis. The process is outlined below. For single game tickets, they are only taxable if the game is considered a "sell-out".
- If you request tickets to a sold out event and you do not use the tickets, you will still be taxed on the value.
- For tickets for personal use, you need to contact the Ticket Office to determine availability and to make payment.
- If you need to request tickets for business use (donor, vendor, etc) you will need to complete a Ticket Request form for each request. All requests must be approved by the Athletic Business Office. Please complete the form below to submit a request.

SINGLE-GAME TICKET REQUEST PROCESS
*This only applies to those that did not take season tickets. You are restricted by the number allowed in your contract.
- One week prior to the game, you will have access to the staff single game tickets. For the first few games, you will receive an email.
- REMINDER: It is first come first served and inventory will be limited for some games.
- Go to My Cardinal Account. You can visit gocards.com and click on the 'My Cardinal Account' text on the top middle as well.
- Enter your gocards.com email and click forgot password for the first log in. You will get an email to reset your password.
- Once you log in, you will go to buy tickets and select the game and number of tickets you want.
- We are in the process of upgrading the My Cardinal Account webpage so screen shots and detailed instructions will come in the first reminder email.
- After checking out, you will be able to print your tickets, transfer your tickets, or view your tickets on your phone.

If you are interested in one free parking pass for the LG&E lot, please email tickets@gocards.com after you claim your staff tickets. Please include the game you are interested in obtaining a parking pass for in the email. Parking passes will be available for pick up at the Papa John's Cardinal Stadium ticket office Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
