Last match before Louisville begins conference play in two weeks
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's tennis team is heading south to take on Middle Tennessee at 6 p.m.ET on Friday, February 13 for a rematch of what was a highly competitive contest in 2025.
Louisville (9-3, 0-0 ACC) is one of two teams in the Power Four Conferences that has earned nine wins this season. The only other team to reach that mark is Ole Miss who sits at 9-0.
The Cardinals are riding high on a three-match winning streak, including a sweep of Tennessee State. The win keeps Louisville undefeated against the Tigers and is their sixth sweep of the season. They look to continue that dominance against MTSU on Friday.
Louisville comes into this matchup against MTSU with a 4-1 win over the Blue Raiders in 2025 where a three-match losing streak was snapped at Bass-Rudd Tennis Center. The victory was UofL's best-ranked win of the regular season as MTSU was ranked at No. 44.
