As a junior (2024-25):
- Finished the spring season 8-12 in singles and 8-16 in doubles
- Primarily played on the top court in doubles competition alongside partner Kosuke Nakanishi
- Alongside Nakanishi, the pair earned the first ranked doubles victory of the season defeating No. 11 Duke’s duo of Andreja Petrovic and Cooper Williams who were ranked No. 71
- Steinbach and Nakanishi defeated No. 13 Nate Bonetto and Gianluca Carlini of No. 45 Georgia Tech to help to Cards win the doubles point in the first round of the ACC Tournament
- Clinched the match in both of Louisville’s ACC wins on the season, defeating Patrik Jurina 6-4, 6-4 of No. 73 Virginia Tech and Chase Thompson 7-6 (7-5), 6-4, 6-2 of No. 60 Notre Dame
- Posted a 12-11 dual singles record, totaling a 15-19 mark on the year
- Finished doubles 9-9 in the spring and 2-6 in fall tournament play
- Started the spring season a perfect 4-0 with partner Miguel Avendaño
- Won five singles matches in a row in February and March with individual victories over Belmont, Butler, Indiana, IUPUI and Florida State
- Clinched doubles point for the Cardinals on five occasions in the spring
- Won his doubles match at #14 Duke with partner Matthew Fung
- Won his doubles match with partner Will Mayew against #61 Miami on March 3
- Posted a 16-15 overall record in singles with a 10-9 mark in dual matches, splitting time between Nos. 5 and 6.
