
Women’s Golf Announces 2025-26 Schedule

The Cardinals will take part in nine tournaments over the fall and spring seasons
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Head coach Whitney Young is excited to announce the 2025-26 women's golf schedule Wednesday afternoon. The schedule features nine regular season tournaments over the fall and spring seasons. In the spring season, the Cardinals will host the ninth annual Moon Golf Tournament down in Melbourne, Florida.
The season begins in the Lone Star State for the Cardinals as they travel to Corinth, Texas to take part in the Sam Golden Invitational. The two-date event is hosted by North Texas and will be held on September 8-9.
Later in September, the Cardinals head down I-65 for the Mason Rudolph Invitational. Held in Franklin, Tennessee and hosted by Vanderbilt, the three-day tournament will be held from September 19-21.
Up next for the Cardinals is a trip to Arkansas for the Blessings Collegiate Invitational. The event will be held from September 29 - October 1 and it will be the fourth time in the last five seasons that the Cardinals will compete in the event. The Cardinals placed sixth overall in 2021, ninth in 2022 and eighth last season at the Blessings.
The Tar Heel State is next for the Cardinals as the final two tournaments of the fall season will take place in North Carolina. First up is the Pirate Collegiate Classic, hosted by East Carolina in Greenville and it will take place from October 6-7. The final fall tournament will be the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational, hosted by North Carolina, from October 17-19. It will be the third time in the last four seasons the Cardinals will compete in the event. In the fall of 2022, Louisville finished fourth out of 14 teams in the tournament.
The spring season begins in Melbourne, Florida as the Cardinals play host to the ninth annual Moon Golf Invitational from Suntree Country Club. The three-day tournament will be held from February 15-17.
The Cardinals head back to the Lone Star State in March as they compete in the Riverbend Intercollegiate. Hosted by Houston Christian University, the tournament will be held from March 9-10.
Later in March, the Cardinals head to Georgia to take part in the Bentwater Women's Collegiate. Hosted by Kennesaw State in Acworth, Georgia, the event will take place from March 23-24.
The final regular season tournament of the season brings the Cardinals back to Greenville, North Carolina for the Ironwood Invitational. Hosted again by East Carolina, the tournament will be held from April 5-7.
The 2026 ACC Championships will be hosted at the Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina. The four-day event will be held from April 16-19. The NCAA Regionals will be hosted at campus sites from May 11-13 and then the top six teams from each regional will advance to the NCAA Championships, held at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California.
