Louisville Concludes Four Match Homestand with Xavier and UAB

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville women's tennis team will conclude a four-match home stand this weekend, taking a short break from conference play to host Xavier and UAB at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
The Cardinals will face The Musketeers on Saturday and the Blazers on Sunday with first serve for both matches slated for 2 p.m. Sunday's match time is subject to change based on the conclusion of the men's match beforehand.
UofL (5-4, 0-3 ACC) came up short last weekend, falling to No. 12 NC State on Friday and No.35 Wake Forest on Sunday. Despite the loss on Friday, Alice Otis picked up a huge win in singles, defeating the previous 30th ranked player in the country at the No.1 spot. Germany Davis continued her hot start in singles, scoring the lone point for the Cards on Sunday to improve to 7-1 on the season.
