Women's Tennis Concludes Homestand Against Austin Peay

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville Women's Tennis team will face off against the Austin Peay Governers (0-3) of the ASUN Conference on Friday, February 7th, at 4 p.m. ET at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center. Â
UofL is coming off a 5-2 win over the University of Dayton last Friday, and will look to continue their momentum, as they swept the Flyers in doubles matches and took four out of six in singles. Â
Sophomore Germany Davis is sitting at 3-0 on the season in singles matches, with Captain and redshirt senior Allie Gretkowski coming into this match with a respectable 3-1 record. South Carolina transfer Alice Otis also holds a 3-1 record in singles and will look to add to her streak of back-to-back singles victories this Friday. The "Newcomer Duo" of Otis and Elisabeth Iila are the Cards strongest doubles pairing, coming into this match with a 3-1 record as Louisville stands at 8-1 overall in doubles on the season. Â

Scouting the Governors: Austin Peay is coming off a 5-2 loss last Saturday against Southeast Missouri. Last season the Governors recorded a 12-9 overall record but ultimately fell in the second round of the ASUN Championships to Stetson 4-1.
