Cards Set to Face Northwestern and Xavier

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's tennis team will host Northwestern and Xavier on Monday, January 20 at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center. The Cards will face off against the Wildcats at noon before challenging the Musketeers at 5 p.m.
Louisville (2-0) opened up their season on Wed. Jan 15 with a doubleheader against Eastern Kentucky (0-4), defeating the Colonels 6-1 in match one and 4-0 in match two. The Cards claimed the doubles point in both match ups, going 4-1 with one court left unfinished. Will Mayew and Hamza El Amine both went 2-0 on the day in singles, earning dominant two-set wins in both matches.
