Carmen Griffiths Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — University of Louisville women's golfer Carmen Griffiths was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At Large team this week.
The junior from Aboyne, Scotland is majoring in exercise science and was just named to the All-ACC Academic Team earlier this month. It was the second-straight season Griffiths was named to the All-ACC Academic Team and this is her first career CSC Academic All-District honor.
On the course this past season, Griffiths led the Cardinals with two Top-10 finishes and five Top-20 finishes along with six rounds in the 60's. She was second on the squad with 14 rounds at par or better and she was one of two players to be selected as individuals to the NCAA Regionals in East Lansing. It was the second-straight season Griffiths advanced to the NCAA Regionals.
The 2024 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. To be eligible for the Academic All-District team, you must have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA and participated in at least 70% of the team's events this past season.
