MESA, Ariz. – The University of Louisville women's golf team is in the top 10 at the Clover Cup after round one this afternoon. The Cardinals currently sit in sixth place, shooting 11-over-par 299 as a team and just three shots behind top-50 Tennessee.

Rylee Suttor is leading the Cardinals in a tie for 12th overall, carding an even score of 72. Agustina Gomez Cisterna follows her in a tie for 20th with a score of 1-over (73). Mairead Martin (T34) carded a 4-over (76), Carmen Griffiths (T45) carded a 6-over (78), and Hana Ryskova (T54) carded a 7-over (79).

Texas A&M sits in first place overall, shooting 5-under 283. Individually, there is a six-way tie for first place with each person carding a 3-under (69).

The Cardinals will tee off with Tennessee and Georgia in round two at 10:50 a.m. ET tomorrow with a shotgun start on Sunday beginning at 10 a.m. ET.
