The University of Louisville divers completed their first day of competition at the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships inside Donald B. Canham Natatorium in Ann Arbor on the campus of the University of Michigan. The Cardinals are back in action Tuesday at 1:00 ET.

The Louisville men had five divers competing on the 3-meter board. Che Stephens was the top finisher, placing 19^th with a 323.60. Daniel Pinto boarded a 315.35 while Adam Sneden turned in a 298.85. Kivanc Gur posted a 255.80 and Logan Smith had a 227.95.

Louisville's Grace Leonard competed in the 1-meter board and scored a 223.35.

UP NEXT
The diving squad will be back in action Tuesday (March 8) for the second day of competition at the NCAA Zone C Championships. The women will contest the 3-meter event, while the men will take on the 1-meter. Riley Bullock and Else Praasterink will be competing for the Cardinal women. Kivanc Gur, Daniel Pinto, Adam Sneden and Che Stephens will compete for the men.
