
ACC Network to Carry Three Louisville Lacrosse Games during 2022 Season

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – ESPN Networks announced today that they are set to air 450 NCAA women's lacrosse games this season with action on ESPNU, ACC Network, ESPN3, ESPN+ and ACCNX, including three University of Louisville women's lacrosse games that will air on the ACC Network.

The first of three Louisville contests on the ACC Network will be a road game at No. 8 Duke on Thursday, March 17 at 8 p.m. ET. The Cardinals will then host Ohio State on Thursday, March 31 at 7 p.m. ET and No. 5 Notre Dame on Saturday, April 23 at 12 p.m. ET, both on the ACC Network.

The remaining Louisville home games and all Atlantic Coast Conference road contests will broadcast live on ACC Network Extra.

The Cardinals open their season with a two-game road trip to Colorado, where they will face off against Colorado on Feb. 11 and Denver on Feb. 13.

After going out west, Louisville opens the home portion of its schedule with five straight at UofL Lacrosse Stadium, beginning with Marquette on Feb. 18 and Central Michigan on Feb. 20.

Louisville will be led by its five captains, graduate students Caroline Blalock and Sarah Blalock, senior Kirsten Parker and juniors Maggie Foster and Sydney Kirchenheiter.

Last season, Caroline Blalock was named to the IWLCA All-Region Second Team and All-ACC Second Team and finished second on the team in scoring with 30 goals and 41 points. Sarah Blalock was also named to the IWLCA All-Region Second Team.
