Louisville Enters Final Round at Mason Rudolph Tied for Eleventh

Louisville, Ky. – The University of Louisville women's golf team closed out the second round of the Mason Rudolph Championship on Saturday in a tie for 11th.
The Cardinals recorded a second-round score of three-over-par 291 for a two-day card of seven-over-par 583. Oregon remains in first at 17-under-par 559, while Alabama and Florida round out the top three in a loaded field that featured five teams ranked in the Women's Golf Coaches Association Top 25.
Freshman Carmen Griffiths and senior Lauren Thibodeau sit right outside the top-20, each carding a 73-71 to tie for 22nd at even-par-144.
Graduate Kendall Griffin shot a second-round card of 6-over-par 78 to tie for 48th, while junior Hana Ryskova enters the third round tied for 52nd after posting a 2-over-par 74.
Mairead Martin rounds out the Cardinal lineup with a two-day score of 6-over-par-150 to sit in 53rd. Louisville enters Sunday in the top-five with 28 birdies and a 3.03 scoring average on Par 3's at Vanderbilt Legends Club.
The Cardinals will be paired with Northwestern and Clemson when its tees off for the final round on Sunday from No.10 at 8:15 a.m. ET.
