TEAM RECORDS & SERIES NOTES

Louisville's Steven Enoch won the tip for the Cardinals.
- Enoch has won all five tips this season.
Louisville and USC Upstate met for the first time.
The Cardinals improve to 244-82 all-time against first-time opponents.
- UofL is now 55-2 all-time against first-time opponents since 2002-03.
It's the Cardinals' 54th consecutive home win in the month of November.

Louisville's starting five featured junior Darius Perry, redshirt-senior Ryan McMahon, junior Jordan Nwora, redshirt-senior Steven Enoch and redshirt-senior Dwayne Sutton.
- The Cardinals have used this lineup all five games this season.
The Cardinals tied a season-high with 22 assists. It's the third time this season they've finished with 20 or more in a game.
- Louisville's point guards finished with 14 assists and only one turnover.
Louisville finished the game on a 7-0 run, holding Upstate without a point in the final three minutes.
- The Cards finished the game on a 16-2 run over the final 5:28.
UofL had a 12-0 run late in the second half over a span of 4:18.
- The Cards also had four other scoring runs of 8-0 or better.
- The Cardinals now have 14 scoring runs of 8-0 or more on the season.
UofL finished the game shooting 50.9% (29-57) from the field. They've shot 50% or better in every game this season.
- It's the first time Louisville has shot 50% or better from the field in five consecutive games since starting the 2015 season (Nov. 13-28) with five straight games.
The Cardinals were 9-of-21 (42.9 percent) from beyond the arc in the win.
The Cards had 36 points in the paint on the night, their second-highest total on the season.
Louisville finished with 13 fast break points for the third time this season.
UofL played five freshmen for the last 1:11: Aidan Igiehon, Samuell Williamson, Quinn Slazinski, Josh Nickelberry, David Johnson. The last time the Cardinals had five freshmen on the court at the same time was at Pitt on Feb. 11, 2018. Jordan Nwora, Malik Williams, Lance Thomas, Jo Griffin, Jacob Redding played from 1:55 to 0:45 left in the game.

PLAYER NOTES

Jordan Nwora finished with a season-high 28 points on 11-of-19 shooting, both of which were also season high's.
Nwora now has scored 110 points this season - the most by a Louisville player through five games over the last 20 seasons.
Dwayne Sutton grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds to go along with nine points.
- Sutton's 15 rebounds are the most by a Cardinal since Ray Spalding had 16 against Grand Canyon on Dec. 23, 2017.
  - It's also the most rebounds this season by any UofL player
- Sutton also dished out a season-high four assists.
Ryan McMahon tied a season-high with five 3-pointers, finishing with 15 points.
Darius Perry had a game-high nine assists.
Malik Williams and David Johnson both made their first appearances for the Cardinals this season.
- For Johnson, it is the first appearance of his career. He scored his first collegiate baskets on a pair of dunks, finishing with four points.
