- First three-year team captain in UofL history
- Third in the ACC in rebounding (8.0 rpg) and 42nd in the nation in defensive rebounding (6.2 per game).
- Scored in double figures in 17 games in his final season, including nine of his last 12 contests. Â He produced his seventh and eighth double-doubles of the season -- sixth most in the ACC -- and 13th of his career in the ACC Tournament with 14 points and 10 rebounds vs. Georgia Tech; and 11 points, a career-high matching 13 rebounds, three blocked shots and three steals against Virginia in the final game of the season.
- Led the Cardinals in road or neutral site games, averaging 9.7 points and 8.4 rebounds per game in his 13 such games.
- Grabbed at least eight rebounds in 15 of his 27 games, and double digits boards in 11 games.
- Made 36.5 percent of his threes in ACC games (19-of-52).
- Sat out UofL’s first two games of February against North Carolina and Syracuse with a team suspension, but returned to practice with the team on Feb. 7 and played six minutes at Notre Dame.  He did not play against Miami on Feb. 16 or at Virginia Tech on March 1.
- Registered his 11th career double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds vs. Duke.
- Scored his 800th career point at Virginia, totaling 10 points and eight rebounds in the game. He grabbed his 600th career rebound at Pitt. Â He finished with 876 points and 677 rebounds in his career.

- Was runner-up in the voting for the 2019-20 ACC Sixth Man of the Year.

- Matched a career-high 13 rebounds at Boston College on Jan. 29, accomplished four other times.
- Suffered a knee injury in the first half against Georgia Tech Jan. 22, but played the second half and in the Cardinals’ next game against Clemson on Jan. 25 after missing two days of practice, and contributed five points and six rebounds in 13 minutes of action.
- Had a screw inserted into the fifth metatarsal in his right foot on Sept. 23 and was out for nearly eight weeks with the broken bone. He returned to action on Nov. 20, playing five minutes against USC Upstate.
- Started the last 20 games of the season. He averaged 9.8 points and 8.4 rebounds in his last five games.
- Produced his fourth double-double with a career-high matching 13 rebounds and 10 points vs. North Carolina in the ACC Tournament.

- Averaged 23.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, 3.9 blocked shots and buried 44 three-pointers as a senior in leading Snider High School to a 17-7 record and the school’s first Summit Athletic Conference championship since 2009. Snider advanced to the 4A sectional final before falling to eventual state runner-up North Side.

- As an all-area team pick, he helped Snider to an 18-5 record his sophomore year while averaging 13.8 points, 10.5 rebounds and 4.5 blocked shots. Snider finished with a 14-8 mark in Williams’ freshman season.
- MVP of the Indiana-Ohio Border Wars all-star game when he totaled 22 points, nine rebounds and three blocks.
- Scored 15 points and grabbed six rebounds, connecting on 5-of-7 three-point goals, as his Indiana Junior All-Stars team beat the seniors in a game in the summer of 2016.Â
- In the semifinals of the 2016 AAU Super Showcase, Williams totaled 31 points, 15 rebounds and nine blocked shots for his Legit team, and followed with 24 points and 12 rebounds in the championship. He participated in the 2016 National Basketball Players Association Top 100 High School Basketball Camp.
