Cardinals Put Up Strong Numbers in the Classroom with 3.59 GPA

18 of 19 Cardinals posted a 3.0 or better last semester

The University of Louisville volleyball team completed another strong performance in the classroom in the 2018 fall semester, registering a cumulative GPA marking of 3.590 with three Cardinals earning a perfect 4.0.

The team posted a 3.74 team GPA with Piper Roe, Maggie Mullen and Molly Sauer earning 4.0s. In all, 18 of 19 Cards had a 3.0 or better, 14 made the Dean's List/Dean's Scholars and 17 qualified as Red & Black Scholar Athletes for having a cumulative GPA above 3.25. The 2018 fall semester saw two women's players graduate: Wilma Rivera (organizational leadership and learning and Molly Sauer (exercise science).

The Cards finished the season at 22-9 and made their 27^th appearance in the NCAA Championship. University of Louisville senior Wilma Rivera was named ACC Setter of the Year and joined the First Team All-ACC Squad with her teammates Melanie McHenry and Molly Sauer.
