Volleyball Releases 2018 Schedule

Renewal notices go out today and tickets go on sale Tuesday
The University of Louisville volleyball team will host a tournament, travel to Florida and Purdue for tournaments and host Kentucky and Chattanooga before opening the Atlantic Coast Conference for the Cardinals' 2018 schedule according to Coach Dani Busboom Kelly.

After a preseason scrimmage on August 18, the Cardinals will open the season by hosting the Cardinal Classic Tournament August 24-25 and the field will feature Southern Illinois, IUPUI and Tennessee-Martin in Cardinal Arena.

The Cardinals hit the road for a tournament at the University of Florida that also features Central Florida and Southern California on Aug. 31-Sept. 2. The next weekend, Louisville will face Lipscomb, Xavier and host Purdue in West Lafayette.

Rival Kentucky will make a trip to the Ville on Sept. 14 followed by UT-Chattanooga Sept. 15 as the finale to the non-conference slate.

The defending ACC champion Cardinals will then embark on a challenging conference campaign, with the first four contests on the road starting with NC State Sept. 21, followed by UNC (Sept. 23), Georgia Tech 9 and Clemson (Sept. 30).Â

The ACC home opening matches will begin with four straight contests beginning with Duke on Oct. 5, followed by Wake Forest (Oct. 7), Notre Dame (Oct. 10), and Virginia Tech (Oct. 12).Â

The Cardinals then hit the road again for Virginia (Oct. 19) and Pittsburgh (Oct. 21) before returning home for Boston College (Oct. 26), Syracuse (Oct. 28), Miami (Nov. 2) and Florida State (Nov. 4).

The final road swing of the season will feature three straight tilts away starting with Boston College (Nov. 9), Wake Forest (Nov. 11) and Notre Dame (Nov. 16).
The final regular season match will be on Nov. 23 versus Georgia Tech.
Invoices for 2018 Volleyball Season Tickets are now posted online to  My Cardinals Account. Tickets for all 14 home matches are $84, which is a 40 percent savings compared to the single game price. Season ticket payments are due Monday, July 16th . Parking passes can also be purchased for $50 by calling the UofL Athletic Ticket Office at 852-5151.

Season ticket holders can also view available inventory with the potential option to upgrade their season tickets any time between now and July 16. To view inventory, fans should log in to their account and click the 'Seat Upgrade' icon.
New this year, all tickets for the 2018 season will be mobile entry only. Hard copy season tickets will not be mailed. You will be able to access your tickets by logging in to your account from a computer or by downloading the CardsMobile app at a later date.
