The Cardinals and Hokies will square off at 1 p.m. ET.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville women's lacrosse (6-6, 0-3) returns to UofL Lacrosse Stadium for a conference matchup against No. 17 Virginia Tech on Saturday at 1 p.m. ET.
The Cardinals are 6-6 on the season and looking to notch their first conference win in the Teeter era.
On Wednesday, Louisville fell at Brown despite jumping out to an early two-goal lead.
Madison Hoover was the top performer for the Cardinals against the Bears, scoring a hat trick in the first half, while adding two assists.
Alex McNicholas continued her strong showing in the center circle, winning six of the team's 10 draw controls during the game.

No. 17 Virginia Tech (9-4, 2-1) comes to Louisville after a Wednesday afternoon road loss to North Carolina, 13-12. The loss was the first conference loss for the Hokies this season. Tristan McGinley leads the scoring for the Hokies, tallying 34 goals on the year.
