Cards take on Wildcats Sunday
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Looking to extend their winning streak to five straight matches, the University of Louisville men's tennis team will travel to Evanston, Illinois for a matchup against the Northwestern Wildcats on Sunday, February 18.
Â
"This is an important weekend for us," said UofL head coach Rex Ecarma. "Northwestern has had a lot of success in the last few seasons and is one of the top programs in the Midwest. They have great recruits and Coach Swan is a very smart coach. It will take a lot of work and mental toughness to compete with them in Evanston. We will need our Co-ACC Player of the Week, Chris Kougoucheff and other experienced starters to play well."
