World Championships close out Day 3
University of Louisville swimmer and Olympian, Grigory Tarasevich, swam a 53.12 in the 100-backstroke at the 2017 FINA World Championships in Budapest.

Tarasevich, an ACC Scholar Athlete in mechanical engineering, was fifth in a race that saw China's Xu Jiayu won gold with 52.44. Americans Ryan Murphy (52.95) and Matt Grevers (52.97) touched second and third respectively.
