"I am pleased that the Ohio Regional Committee has honored our team with a Community Service Award," said UofL head coach Rex Ecarma. "Our program values serving others and helping when there is a need in the community. I am also happy that Sean has been awarded the prestigious Arthur Ashe Award for Sportsmanship, Leadership and Community Service. I have only had Sean two seasons, but wish I could have had him his entire career. He follows the path paved by other great Cardinals who won the award - Gustafsson, Gornet and Stiefelmeyer."
